Hello team,
On 2nd of April I had placed an order on Vedix for hair care regime which cost Rs-1120/- But that order has been shipped with ECART courier service and it is not serviceable at my location so I contacted to to ECART office and they confirmed that the parcel has been marked as Non serviceable. I am attaching screenshot of order and payment receipt.
Also I had tried to reaching out on VEDIX customer service helpline also I had mailed to support but it wasn't help me out.
It's being almost 23days so please take any action as soon as possible.
