In June or July- 2022 I don't even remember now exactly which month, my vego air cooler 25L stopped working for some reason and i contacted vego as it is covered in warranty and i was told that technician will come and resolve the problem in 48 hours. I almost made 50 -60 calls in vego and only thing i hear is your complaint will be resolved in 48 hours.
and today is 7/11/2022 and my cooler is still not working.
no one is even responding to calls now
Every time i call to register a complaint, they ask me on call that what is the issue, if i am supposed to know the issue i will solve it myself why do i need your help. Was this information helpful? |
