My sister's PAN Card ( Application no. [protected]) was dispatched by NSDL vide VELEX LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. Airway bill no. [protected]. When i visited their website i saw that they delivered my sister's PAN CARD 07 September 2022 to the wrong person or maybe they did a Fraud delivery. It is irresponsible on part of company deliver at wrong address.The is still not received.
