Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd. — Parcel not received

I tracked the parcel with the airway bill number. It is showing that is has received my city branch GULJARBAGH, PATNA on 18 Jan. But it has not been delivered to me yet. It is PAN card, so I am worried of fraud.
