Dear Sirs, It high time to break this monopoly of Autorickshaw & Taxi people as they are charging at their will without any measurement even though electronic meters are installed (they are not at all running these meters). Ofcourse, share-rickshaws & taxis are commuting will be serving a good purpose, but once you come to Kalyan station for the first time or if you are new comer, there is nothing has written there that which rickshaw go to Khadakpada, which go to Lal chowki, there should be specific system maintained. Means that there should be name plates for share rickshaws which goes to where. If you take single rickshaw, they are looting the innocent public, the matter will be worse, if you are new comer and it will more worse, if you do not know marathi.
Also, I please request you to commute more buses, just like in Thane station, buses should make the monopoly and not autorickshaws, as rickshaws and taxies be given and allowed play on second fiddle in the case of local commutation. This will give a good supporting role to India Railways.
Please do the needful at your and serve our people in a better way
