We purchased Lloyd A.C in the month of april 2021 and we are happy for that. Recently we raised a complaint on "No cooling issue".
Service person attended and confirmed there is leakage in outdoor unit and assured that the issue will be resolved after approval.But it is almost 10days passed and the complaint is still pending for which we are feeling very bad.
Receiving messages that our service engineer will attend but no on attended.This shows very poor service of Lloyd.
It is kindly requested you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
