I buyed sony TV, IFB washing Machine and Videm tusker mixy on Nov 1 2021(Bill no- [protected], [protected]) in Chengalpattu Branch.
sony Tv and IFB washing Machine is delivered on Nov 4, but still now videm mixy is not delivered. I tryed many times to customer care and also Chengalpattu branch no proper response.
After tryed several times they take one call, they tell the reason driver missed the product and they told next we deliver the product, I asked home delivery, the driver say I can't Home deliver the product, I am waiting for the product for 6 days.
Please help me to deliver the product and make a complaint and take strict action.
Don't advertise vasanth & co is India's no.1 Dealer.
Your customers service is very poor.
