I had a DL test on 3rd March 2021 and it was my second attempt and on the previous day that is on 2nd march 2021 they had send me message to come to DL test as they had told i had went to DL track And but suddenly my file was Missing in there hands when i asked abt it they told they had forgotten the file and be told to give my application number and told that u can give the test later after i passed the test he started to blackmail that he would make me fail If i not payed him 800rs because my document was missing and took a 700rs extra for re test later i came to there office near Kuvempu road metro station and when i asked the bill the office girl started to getting angry and only got a fraud bill of 700rs please help me
And my 1st attempt is not recorded and they have shown it has like i had not attended the test
And when I checked in the government websites it is showing number of attend is 1
And gave a fake retest bill
I have been cheated by them for 1500rupees please get back money
My request
And as u can observe there also no GST in the bill .
