[Resolved] Ventura Securities Ltd — i have a fraud from ventura agent or its representatives

sir I am Arpit Jaiswal (male) from Lucknow (u.p), i have a fraud from ventura secuirties Lucknow branch. when i went in ventura office, i got a information is that initial amout which he opens a trading a/c is rs . 3500 and he give a full fund (rs 3500) for trading and he also give a limit which is 10 times to client amount. and finally when i got a client id and its password so i got rs . 0 in his a/c and then i contact with ventura lucknow branch so he tells me please give a 2 days to arrange rightly in your a/c and ventura provied you 3500 return for trading, after 14 days i got nothing and i again contact with us, so ventura agent disconnet my call and then i reached in his office so i find a total fraud, which promises he done with me all fake ... sir i have a rs 0 in my a/c and limit only i have which is 4 times. my ventura client id[protected] Email address - [protected]@gmail.com my mobile no - [protected] please help me sir thankyou ...

I have opened demat account in ventura securities, Jaipur on 30.06.2020.I have deposit security amount Rs. 23600 as on dated 24.06.2020 For Equity and commodity Trading. My client code is 99230970. At the time of account opening your executive told that this security amount refund to you in three or four months in installments. When i have nit received security amount in two months that i contact your executive than He said that this amount refund on behalf of trading. Your executive not told this at the time of account opening. I am not regular trader and I have not received my security amount on behalf of trading. Your executive not clarify all these things at the time of account opening. He has misguide me. I will not trusted your company in future because your executive not told all terms and conditions at the time of account opening. So i am not interested to maintain my account in your company. We have not received any amount in my demat account till date.Please refund my security amount in my demat account as soon as possible. Thank you. This issue not resolved till date 26.11.2020. I will complain in SEBI regarding this issue.
