I along with my wife have made an agreement on 6th February, 2012 with the Venus County Developers Pvt.Ltd.for purchase of 250 Sq.Yard plot in Residential/Township colony named as Alfa International City, Amritsar. They have allotted me Plot No.G-149 and I have made them full payment @ Rs9, 260/-per sq.yard.Finally they offer possession of plot on 04.03.2014 and give us the possession on 1.4.2014.Registration of the plot was done on 30.05.2014.
The mutation is not being done by revenue department becasue the plot is already pledged with the bank by the company.
Company has taken money from the bankers against the plot and have sold the said plot to us and take fully money from us.I approached the company many times for mutation of plot but they are lingering on by saying it will be done we have made full payment to the bank and your plot will be released very soon. More than 10 months have past but they are not doing anything in this matter.
It is a clear cut case of 420. They have cheated us as well as bank. I have given them my life time savings but they are nor bothering .
