[Resolved]  Venus — Refund for ticket issued by error die to wifi not received since 2months

Address: J202, gilco tower, gilco Valley,, Kharar

We had issued by mistake 2 tickets on 16 November due to irregular wifi connectivity.
We cancelled one within 24 hours and were assured 100% refund.

today is 15 jan we still have not received the refund .

Please look into this It is a big amount and its on hold for 2 months???
