The Complaint you have mentioned Hr executive had contacted you for a research profile.
1 - Hr or any executive shall only get in touch with any candidate if you have applied for the current opening.
2 – You mentioned the Hr is Fake. Did you cross check with the organization on the same?
3 – The HR clearly would have told you to find a training center on your own “ Did you see the Job description before applying” which clearly stated candidates trained on desired skill set can only apply.
4 – None of The mails or messages state that we as a company have provided you any training center - Indeed - we have your email mentioning a few providers to double check on validity . How does this prove that our company provided the training center? Can also be you would have googled the same on your own
5 – You have not mentioned your email Id neither your contact details neither the name present is correct it seems (as our legal department have dropped you a message on the same)
6 – You have mentioned the company is not in Gurgaon (Yes it is in process and the website also clearly states – opening soon) . We have never mentioned that it is present in Gurgaon, although we have presence in other cities. Its also in News Media on the organisation's merger which can be googled too.
7 – You had mentioned some training centers that the company is not authentic and you have also not mentioned the name of training centers which told you as we could verify the same from the centers.
8 – Complainant also the mail sent by the Senior Hr states Shortlisted (Does not state Offered or Selected) and clearly states there is an operations round. This clearly states you have to appear in operations round perform and clear the round.
9 – We have also initiated a legal action under Bangalore District court.
10 - We have also sent the copy of our complaint to the complaint board.in and the below is the detail sent by them and also published on their website.
