Vespa — complaints

I have purchased vespa sxl 125 on 25/8/2017 the vehical is not giving me the proper mileage it just giving me 35 kmpl and your company claims of 55 kmpl kindly help in this, i had already shown to the near by service but the issue is not been resolved, when i went to the vespa store manager said that in city' it will give 45 to 50 kmpl any time and the stuff promised me but all the premises are false and they are not making any justice on that, i purchased this bike because of its mileage but i'm highly disappointed by it and frustrated i'm a working man and student so it is getting very though for me to fix this problem kindly make justice and solve my problem, hoping for a reply soon and instant action on this. Thank you
