Vespa — Unethical charges

I am Yuvaraj from Udumalpet. I bought a Vespa Sx facelift from Lakshmigraha Enterprises, Coimbatore. Before selling the bike, the sales people of the firm told me that my bike will be serviced in location of my hometown. But now they are asking me to take the bike to Pollachi, Tiruppur or Coimbatore for service. After much struggle and quarrels, they serviced my bike at 1400 KMS ( First service ) after three months which should have been done within a month or 1000 KMS of new bike purchase.

Also I was told that first three services are completely free. But now they charge Rs. 424 for each service. They say it is for oil change and consumables. This is a unfair practice. Other bike manufacturers dont loot money from their customers like this. Initial free services are completely free and they mean it. I have a Bajaj pulsar and Yamaha Ray but they dont charge during free service. Vespa needs to change its business approach and also regulate the dealers such a way that their customers are comfortable after sales. I am definitely not going to recommend Vespa to my friends and family.
