Vespa — Vespa zx starting issue

I own Vespa zx matt black and my vehicle number is TN 13 T 8991. I bought this vehicle in the year 2021 in korattur showroom. From the beginning, I have many issues with my vehicle .Initially the vehicle gaurd rusted so they replaced it, then my wheel had issue so they replaced it and then it got starting issue both kit start and self start are not working properly, it also had issue with motor compressor they changed all.Now again same issue, it's not start and I need to move my vehicle for nearly 1 km and parked in Vespa show where the showroom doesn't even had proper security to take care of the vehicle.when will this be serviced properly.why Vespa quality is this bad now a days.Im extremely disappointed with vespa.kindly take my issue as priority and provide proper resolution.
