My mother’s passport was received at Vfs on 11/03/2024 from German consulate after processing. And Vfs sent a message that passport has been dispatched in 11/03/2024 and I will be able to track it on blue dart within 24 hours. It’s been 10 days l since this and I did not receive the passport. I have been calling Vfs everyday and sending many emails, their reply is they cannot track the passport and they will get back to me end of the day. Well that end of the day never comes. It’s so careless service from Vfs to lost someone’s passport . What if you have sold this to anyone ? Was this information helpful? |
