I have paid 50k to Satheesh (Satheeshkumar.[protected]@vgn.in) for flat purchase on VGN fairmount.

But later due to personal financial issue I could not continue. I have asked for refund.
He called me other day, got my mobile and Aadhaar OTP for refund. But I didn’t get the refund amount.

I have been following for a year now. No proper customer service, as he got the OTP of mine I feel Satheesh took my refund to his account.
I see complete fraud activity with your customer service agent.Please get my refund of 50k if not we have to proceed with legal complaint for my refund with your customer service agent on cheating.

VGN Stafford is a four floored apartment .The Elevator in Block B went out of service 2 weeks back and we had this reported with VGN Maintenance Team who is handling the Block maintenance for 1 year We have been receiving false commitments from them that the said elevator will be fixed in 2 days over the last 2 weeks but till now the elevator is not fixed yet .There are senior citizens, very elderly and people with medical conditions here...

The plots at VGN Mayfield Park are approved by CMDA. It is very safe to buy a plot here....

I'm Vijay who bought new apartment (B-401) in VGN Temple Town project. I got the apartment key on September 2021 and the car parking has not been allotted yet.
I have sent numerous mails and chasers but haven't received any response.
I'm really unhappy the way they are treating their own customer. I have paid all the money they have demanded and not sure why they are so hesitant to provide the car parking.

VGN Notting Hill is well-connected and also very close to schools, and colleges. So, buying a flat here will be a great option....

VGN Temple Town’s amenities are excellent. I liked their gym very much. It is well-maintained and spacious....
