Vgp Bangalore — vgp vijayanagar 2 housing plot at hosur

I had bought a 2400 sq ft plot at vgp vijaynagar 2, hosur in 1996 for rs 110000. I was told that a township is being developed by vgp on the outskirts of hosur and the plot value would appreciate considerably over time. I got the plot registered in my name. But till date there is no development in the proposed township. There are no buyers for the plot as the proposed township never came into existence.. Calls made to their office in bangalore are not addressed.
