[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Not refunding my amount

I have been contacting via.com since 4 months to refund my amount but they are not refunding airlines have transferred the money to via.com long back on basis of medical emergency. My mother is undergoing medical treatment and I need money for that very urgently I am continuously contacting via.com through mails on via care but they are just saying that they forwarded the payment to account department but still I have not received it’s been 3 weeks now they are giving same reply. There is no customer care also I requested them a lot begged in front of them on mails but still same reply you will get money in 7, 5 working days till the date they have not transferred the money neither they are showing any proof of it.
