On 20-Jan-2024, I placed an order for painting which costs Rs. 3200/- on www.vibescrafts.com and received the product on 25-Jan-2024.
Absolutely shocked to see that the delivered product was not a painting but printed sheet in a frame. Placed a return request on the same day immediately via e-mail.(as no other mode of contact was available in their website).
Some background on my purchase:-
Since the website and the customer reviews looked suspicious to me, I placed the order with COD payment mode. Though during delivery I asked the delivery person to unpack the product before payment, he refused to do so and I didn't have a choice but make the payment & then unpack.
Return/Refund request:
I got a reply(looks automated) from them on 27-Jan-2024 asking for product images before return/refund, I replied them with the images on 29-Jan-2024.
After repeated follow-ups in their whatsapp contact (again looks automated messages) I got the reply from them again today via e-mail asking for product images. Now, this confirmed my suspicion and I can be sure that this is only going to go on and on(me virtually talking to a bot) and my return/refund request is in vain. So, bringing this in your forum so that no more people gets cheated by their fake products and I hope that I get my money back one day. Thank you.
