Vibes — Cheating their customers

Hi all. I have had a worst experience with Vibes (Adayar, Chennai). They have charged some amount for weight loss treatment. Three months later, we never a single kg weight have reduced. While I asked the reason, they simply do not take care of me and behaving rude with their cunning words. They are treating customers like slaves. They not even taking care of customer satisfaction. The lady name is Sapna and she is totally irresponsible.
