Hello, My name is Swetha. My mother has taken a package in vibes kukatpally branch, Hyderabad. The package includes 2ml of voluma and 3 PRP sessions. After 1st PRP session there was an allergic reaction on her face and when we raised concern, a staff member (sandhya) has suggested us a doctor of their own clinic. His name is Dr. Praharsh. Upon consulting him he has suggested that the skin will heal on its own and to give it some time. In spite of doing so, there was no result and in the meantime, Sandhya has suggested continuing the PRP sessions for the betterment of skin and said she will provide 2 extra PRP sessions as complimentary.
After pandemic lockdown when we went back for the pending treatment they told us that the associated person Sandhya has left her job and they will have to look for details. We kept calling but there was no response.
Later when we went to the clinic directly, the regional manager of Hyderabad BABHITHA was extremely rude, she accused us of lying saying that they have already done the treatment( FALSE) and when we asked her to show the proof that they have done the treatment she said the details are somewhere and it isn't her responsibility. She was yelling and when we said we couldn't come due to lockdown she said that the clinic was opened even during the lockdown. we also told her that this issue will be taken to the consumer forum and she said there will be no use in complaining.
