I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the laser treatment package I purchased at your kukutpally branch in Hyderabad. The package in question is PKG/HYD-2/2022-23/AUG/36, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received.
Firstly, after completing six sittings as per the package, I have not observed any improvement in the promised results. The lack of progress is concerning, and it raises questions about the effectiveness of the treatment.
Moreover, during the booking process, your center failed to inform me about the validity of the package. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, as customers have the right to know the terms and conditions associated with the services they are purchasing.
Furthermore, the scheduling of the treatment sessions has been highly unprofessional. Your center did not proactively schedule my sittings, and I was always the one initiating contact. Even when I called, I was often told that there were no available appointments, leading to unnecessary delays in completing the sessions.
To make matters worse, the center is now claiming that the package validity has expired after only six sessions out of the promised twelve. This contradicts the information provided during the initial booking, and it appears to be an attempt to avoid fulfilling the remaining sessions.
I must express my disappointment with the behavior of the center manager, Ms.Jasmine. She has been rude and unhelpful, providing no satisfactory explanation for the lapses in service. Additionally, it has come to my attention that many employees at the center are receiving treatments, and the center seems more interested in converting my remaining sessions into personal treatments rather than fulfilling my package.
I strongly believe that the center's current demand for additional payment to revalidate the package is unjustifiable. Instead of requesting more money, I expect the center to honor the original terms of the package by either refunding the amount or providing the remaining sessions as promised.
I request your immediate attention to this matter and ask that you advise the center to rectify the situation by either refunding the amount or providing the remaining sessions as outlined in the package.
