Vibes Healthcare — service denied after charging money

I have paid for hair services long back, and am denied for the service. Every time i call for service the centre manager replies that she will call back with an appointment, however never call backs this is happening from last couple of months.

This is completely fraud and if the services would not be provided would file a suit against the company
