Vibes Healthcare — Unethical behaviour

Hi Team,

I had booked a complete hair reduction laser package with Vibes Gurgoan in Aug 2019.

I got few sessions done but in Feb 2020 as we got a pandemic crisis and due to covid-19, everything was shut down so my sessions were stopped.
As of now I moved to Mumbai due to my job issue so I had asked Gurgoan Vibes clinic to get my center changes to Vibes Pune which is in Kalyani Nagar as it is not going to be possible for me to visit Gurgaon center.

Please help me in getting it resolution as earliest

I keep calling them and chasing them but not receiving any kind o[censored]pdates from them so please help me with the same as earliest
