[Resolved]  Vibes — Scar removal and Scary Doctor

Hello... I had joined Vibes to get rid of a scar that I had on my face. The Doctor at Vibes suggested a treatment called "Frazer" or something similar to that. I was sure that it was going to go wrong as the Doctor that I spoke with was the term "rude" personified, people please be careful of Dr. Fatima from Banjara Hills. The reason I say this is she didn't listen to half the stuff I told her and in between if we had a disagreement she would just walk away, I have never seen that kind of an attitude. How can a Doctor just walk away when you are speaking with her. She is the worst Doctor I have come across. That was the first part of the story, now after the treatment began, trust me session after session, I saw no difference. Even though you do not get a call for the next appointment, you would definitely get a call to remind you of your outstanding balance. What a great customer satisfaction strategy. Please make the treatments more effective as we are being charged cartloads and also such doctors should be trained on manners and behaviorial etiquette. Regards
