Vibgyor Group — Non-refund of money

School denied return of money, after multiple emails and follow up calls for request to re-fund of school and tuition fee paid for the 1st quarter (Rs 42, 500) as my son did not attend or got admitted in the school at all.

They have taken fee of someone who never joined the school and did not attend the orientation as well organized by school.

Not returning tuition and admission fee for the first quarter (Rs 42, 250) of a candidate who never joined school is very surprising and illegal to me.

They have given all the original documents back, but not the money. I had kept the school updated that we are in a process to rellocate to Pune and will confirm admission based on that.

I have paid Rs 82, 250 in total to them, but is aware that initial Rs 40, 000 admission fee is non-refundable, but 1st quarter school and tuition fee of Rs 42500 should be given back.
