Vibgyor Group — Refund of amount paid during school admission process

Hi,
I have taken admission of my daugher for 1st standard and paid Rs. 24, 000 in Pimple Saudagar, Pune branch. Now, due to unavoidable issues, I need to withdraw admission process, school is denying after multiple mails and follow up over refund requests.

My daughter did not attend or admitted in school then on what basis school is keeping hard earned money of parents.
Refund should be given as anyhow school is still doing admission process in the month of June and filling up the balance quota of admissions.

They have taken fee of someone who never joined the school and did not attend the orientation as well organized by school.
Looking for quick solution.
