Vibgyor Group — Refund was not provided for fees which was paid

We paid our daughter fees for the term and unfortunately due to unavoidable personal reasons we couldn't join her there and requested refund. The school asked to raise a request for the same. After several months they are confirming not approved for refund. It's not a small amount just to leave and go. It's the amount 26000.
