Vichare Courier — delay in delivery of letter

I submitted a letter to be sent to a vikhroli (W) address on monday 5 th around 12.30 pm to your vashi office located at sector 17 (Behind shirsagar restaraunt). The letter has not been delivered until 9.30 am today which is almost 3 days after being handed over to vichare courier office. This is ridiculous. I went to your vashi office yesterday evening to tell about the same and they did not respond well. Ref. Mh[protected]

Updated by Parvathi Chandrasekharan You should put in each of your office details of delivery period to various destinations, which will help customers to decide to send it or not. I feel it may be better to send it by speed post or by other competitive courier, if Vichare does not improve in its delivery performance.
