Want to change my RTN number . No response from the customer care executives. My I'd is[protected]
I Recharged 4 days before Videocon d2h now my balance 687/- my I'd 61912764 R.ganesh.pls activate we can't see pay channel other wise I will be cancelled my connection I compliant consumer court.
After submitting the channels to videocon d2h website it is not showing the NCF channels only some channels are running please start the all NCF channels.

last 24hrs trying to reach customer care number.but getting revert like "All lines to this route is currently busy"
Website not working .
Pls resolve issues.

As i forget my old rtn i wish to change it.I had recharged my d2h services but due to new law i want to change my channel list.Please provide me detail for changing my rtn.
