Sir, i had ordered english vidya quishan bank online from vidya prakashan on 25 august. Which should have been delivered august 28, but the book has not been delivered yet. I also made an online payment for this, which cost 195 rupees. Sir, i want my 195 rupees back in my bank account. Because there is no refund option in it. Sir please help me to get the money back.
