Vigneshwara Developers Pvt Ltd — VDPL - ARP cheques of Manesar & Aquarius Projects bounced

Dear all,
I am also an aggrieved investor who has lost money in both Manesar & Aquarius Projects. The crimes committed by these builders as below:
1. They have not honoured the ARP cheques since March 2014 inspite of re-validation of cheques in July
2. TDS collected on Interest by them since last two years maybe more, not paid to IT authorities.
3. Service tax collected on Aquarius flats not fully paid to Service tax authorities.
