Hello Team,
I have purchase the Qnet product on 24th Nov 2017 by given false information about the business and company by my referral. I raised a cancellation request for Qnet Product and refund my money. I received a mail from Qnet company mentioning please accept the refund request and the refund money will be transfer into your credit card account that has been used at the time of Payment.
I inform them that the credit card that was used at the time of purchasing is closed and no longer available. So please transfer the amount into my bank account. Also you can cross verify the account details in your qnet virtual account.
After sending the following mail i received a mail from qnet company stating that your request for refund is under investigation and till the date i did not received any update from company.
Whenever i send mail to company for update they always send me the same email that your request is under investigation.
Please help me to solve the issue its almost 3 years for fighting for my refund still on the same page. They always give irrelevant reasons to avoid my refund.
