I purchased 3Acs ( one 2ton Panasonic and two Lg 1.5 tons acs ) after the purchase I requested to book a call for service installation, but store executive didn’t book a call for service from company, instead he sent a local guy for installation proposing him as a official LG service executive, and he him self claimed as a service executive from the LG company, and I paid 32, 000/- for installation, later i am not satisfied with the work done. Then I enquired about him and got to know that he is not from LG service centre, Then I raised a complaint to the MD of vijay digitals regarding the issue, Mr. murthy from vijay digitals assured me that proper service reinstallation will be done from their side as mistake was happened, but till date even the work was not totally completed, MR. jani from vijay digitals is not responding properly and Mr. murthy service head from vijay digitals is not responding to my calls or messages, I already submitted a complaint letter and took the copy of letter with received signature. As there is no response from the company side I am appealing to the consumer forum, As I took the ACs for my new eye hospital, with out proper working condition of ACs my self and patients are suffering a lot. I faced a lot of mental stress due to the vijay digitals staff behaviour, kindly address my issue Was this information helpful? |
