My complaint is regarding billing for hungama games, movies and music, during last few months, which i never ordered or witnessed. I met bsnl officials. They advised me to contact over toll-free no. [protected]. I tried to contact over this number, umpteen number of times, but could not . Therefore, i am forced to write to you and request you to immediately deactivate hungama games, movies and music from above land line number and confirm by mail.
