I purchased sony home theatre ht-rt-40 from vijay sales, r-city mall, ghatkopar mumbai on 13.07.2019. Product was delivered on 14.07.2019 and i had to struggle to get it install.
2. The service request[protected] was assigned to assigned to vega electronics, chembur and the representative of sony came on 16.07.2019.
3. The technician from sony charged rs. 800.00 for optical cable and when i requested for the receipt of the same, he did not give us the receipt.
4. I believe he should not have charged for optical cable and if he was genuine in charging rs. 800 for optical cable, recipt for the same should have been given to us. Was this information helpful? |
