Recently, I had an AC installation of VISE AC.
Model : VS18INV3SOS
I would like to file an official complaint about your AC installation service.
I would like this to be escalated to the CEO of Vijay sales. If this is not taken seriously, I would like to take this further with photographic evidence to the Consumer court.
The technician who has installed it has done a terrible job.
1. He had a condescending tone while speaking to us.
2. He started drilling holes in the walls without my authorization.
3. The holed drilled in the walls were not straight, they were drilled crooked.
4, The screws were hammered into the wall and not screwed with a screwdriver, which has impacted the integrity of the wall.
5. Random measurement was taken while installing the frame of the indoor unit. It is not perfectly horizontal.
6. The frame was installed lopsided.
7. The copper pipes had an insulation foam that is torn and damaged by the technician and his accomplice.
8. Extra wire was forcefully attached to the pre-existing wire that was given in the box. There was a slack remaining outside the wall which was not used and he charged us extra for the wire by manipulating the original wire.
9. Copper pipes were pinched and bent into an elbow purposely, even after confirming that it will not be bent into an elbow. Both the pipes were bent into elbow.
10. He has charged us for white insulation tape and was not used for the entire length of the pipe. The pipes are left open without insulation tape.
11. Holes were not sealed with cement. They are still left unattended.
12. The outdoor unit was damaged by the technician.
13. The indoor unit was damaged by the technician and his accomplice.
14. The technician and his accomplice had stolen screws from the indoor unit and kept in his bag. I had to request him to please return them again and again. Finally, he agreed to return them. He did not return nor install the white tape, even after being charged for it.
After leaving, he stole the indoor unit excess wire and left.
I had to chase him on bike to retrieve the stolen wire.
This has been a nightmare experience.
I am hoping to receive compensation for the damage, loss, theft and appalling service.
