I want to highlight my complaint because wrong/incomplete information is given to the customers when they come to the store and ask for some information while finalizing the product.
I visited the Santacruz store on 18th August to finalize a Window AC. I was informed that the dimension for the window AC would be 15"22. But when the installation was done there was a size mismatch. Technician couldn't install it. So we had to work on the area again and my Father in law helped in it to get the size so that installation could be done of it.
Later, when the installation was done the technician asked for 590 Rs. But when I had finalized the window AC at the store I was clearly informed that the technician will take 250 Rs for installation.
But now, it seems that there is price differentiation in Vijay sales technician and the company of AC technician and hence the prices differ. I wasn't informed at the store that Vijay Sales technician price would be 250 Rs.
The information was improper for both the above 2 cases and hence the customer has to bear with it. Not a good experience. Such wrong information from such a high brand is not at all expected.
The matter is not about giving 590 or 250 Rs. Matter is about not giving proper information to the customers. I would like to highlight this point and get a refund of my installation from Vijay Sales Brand. Was this information helpful? |
