Vijaya Bank — Amount debited from Vijaya bank account but didn't received cash

Hi, On 15th March sunday, around 6:00 pm evening, I went to PNB atm to withdraw money by using my Vijaya Bank ATM card. first I have withdrawn 10, 000 - I received the cash after that I have again given the command to withdraw 10, 000 more - amount debited from my account but I didn't received the cash. I have tried calling their complaint number - they didn't respond and their language is not good.
