Vijaya Bank — amount not refund my account

Ixigo gave me a refund of rs 2176.89 with the refund number 5823011693576981504021 after booking fail my ticket which i previously paid by my vijaya bank debit card but the bank is yet to credit my account with the same.
I have emailed the customer care as well as written to grievance cell but they have not reponded. It is 4th day and still neither my balance has been updated nor any help from bank side.
Kindly help me

i booking the flight ticket 10.2.2020 from ixigo i paid the amount by debit card but not comfirmed my ticket please refund amount
