Vijaya Bank — amount refund

Yesterday i have made a payment through imps from vijaya bank mobile banking application. Rs 6400/ while doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account.
Even the opposite party didn't receive the money, money also deducted from my account

Pls refund the amount

Sir my name in Mohammed Ghouse. i am a vijaya bank account holder. I like your services. I am trying to create unified payment interface adress (upi adress) for my Vijaya bank account to do online transactions... But it showing that SMS was sent from from the wrong mobile number. Please help me . I want to create upi adress. Thank you sir.
