Sub: atm transaction got declined and money debited from account
On 29/09/2018, he did an atm withdrawal of rs. 1000/- from vijaya bank atm adjacent to vijaya bank dahmi kalan branch, rajastan - 302026. He didn’t receive the money, only got the message “transaction declined”. While trying in another atm within 10minutes time, he got to know that money had been debited from the account. Immediately he came back and informed this incident to vijaya bank officials. They confirmed that money will be credited back the same day itself. Again, he approached the bank on 01/10/2018 to inform that till that time money didn’t credit back, but they are keep on saying the same thing that money will be credited back.
In the mean time given a complaint letter to subramanyapura post office, bangalore-560061 where he had the account also.
Today being 13th day, money didn't credit back. He is a student, studying in manipal university engineering college in jaipur. For his emergency he withdrew the money and got declined. He suffered a lot of mental strain, physical strain, wastage of time due to this incident.
Requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and help to get the amount rs. 1000/- back to his account and also a compensation for the mental and physical strain he suffered during these period.

Yesterday I have made a 3 payment through IMPS from Vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account.
Even the opposite party didn't receive the payment
