Vijaya Bank — credit card information not available on cibil report

My complaint was registered on 10 July 2019. I still have not received any reply from your side. I have using (Previously vijaya bank) your credit card since 2018 march to 2019 may. But my credit card account details are not shown in my cibil report. My savings account number is [protected]. My pan number is abdph5672f. The account is in saibarkatte branch. I wrote to cibil about the same and they have asked me to contact the bank which i have done several times without any remedy. Thanking with regards, b nikil hegde
