Vijaya Bank — Credit card service not satisfactory

Vijaykumar s. Tiwari, credit card number [protected] due date 09/19 received the card from the branch moodalpalya not received the pin number after renew the card and unable to get the service from the bank. The branch credit card executive and branch manager sent several mail to the credit card division goes in vain.
Now i got the notice that rs 20, 000/- due please verify and do the need full

I came at 2pm they are not giving response properly. Till 5pm I was wating such an irresponsible person they are not at all giving response such an waste employees no one is proper. please consider this issue. Thank you.
