Vijaya Bank — Debit Card Charges

I am a customer of Vijaya Bank, Keshwapur Hubli-580023, IFSC CODE: VIJB0001288, having Account Number [protected], Customer ID[protected], having a complaint that on[protected] they have deducted RS 345.00 as "I Photo Debit Card char". I am not understanding why they have deducted that money even i neither demanded the debit card, nor having the debit card. Please rectify the thing, if they are deducting like this without getting any service it compels me to cancel my account in your Bank.

Why yr Hyderabad, chandanagar branch is neither accepting cash nor making payment for account of other station branch ? I am going to complain for the same to PMO ! When I am temporarily settled at Hyderabad, should I go for banking transaction at Indore, parent branch every time ? This is quite wrong proceedure ?
