[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — Debit card not received

Dear Sir, My name is Tanmoyee Chatterjee, My account number is-[protected]. On 12th September 2014 I applied for one add on card to my Pune Camp branch in my own name. But I am sorry to say that till date I have not receive any kind of card from your bank side. almost 10 days passed away, no intimation, no confirmation nothing I got from your side. At the time of applying they said withing 7 days I will get my card. This kind of bank service really not up to mark in current scenario, where other banks are giving their best. but here I am sorry to say the service level is very very poor. This is kind request to you kindly look into this matter as top priority as because I wanted the card very urgent.
