Hii i am deepika Day before yesterday i have made a payment through imps from vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, they said it will refund within 24 hours but still didn't receive the payment even after 24 hours. Amount is incoming but amount not out going . In my mobile account showing 679rs but at ATM showing less -102 i didn't know why.

Mene Pmry yojana me Vijaya bank se loan liya tha Jo ki me kb ka bhar chuka hu, fir bhi bank Mera khata Ander OTS kr Diya he or khata close kr Diya he krapya Mera khata OTS se hatvane ki kripa kre.
