Vijaya Bank — didn't receive money from atm,but money got debited from account

Hello,

I was trying to withdraw 10000INR from ATM using Vijaya bank ATM card. The money got debited from the account but I didn't get the money from ATM.Kindly help
I received the message from the bank that 10000 is deducted from account but the money is stuck at ATM.kindly help this on Priority
