I am rajababu b and i have account in dbs bank and transaction happened on 6th june 2019 and i have raised an dispute regarding that transaction happened and i have provided every details to dbs bank executive / customer care and they told that they will be contacting benificiary bank which is vijaya bank and i will get refund within 35days but after that there is no update and fall up done from dbs bank customer care and i only contacted them then they are telling that they won't be able to contact customer so they won't be able to refund.
Kindly find the below transaction details for your reference and check with your bank customer to return the money.
